Monday: Full Practice 7-9pm; IM West
Tuesday: Run, Toss, or Core workout on your own
Wednesday: Full Practice 10pm-12am; Duffy
Thursday: Run, Toss, or Core workout on your own
Friday: Run, Toss, or Core workout on your own
Saturday: Fun Day or tournament weekend
Get out and toss at least twice a week!
